Happy Birthday, Alex !

Today Alex turned 7! I can't believe it! Seven has started off well. He started the day by getting up 15 min. early to play his new gameboy. Then off to school where Max, Sophia and I brought cupcakes to celebrate with him. Tonight we went to Pizza Hut and then off to spend his birhtday money (thanks to many of you), and he bought a lego set he has been eyeing since before Christmas. Then off home smiling ear to ear.

Easter, Easter and more Easter

Here's some photos of our Easter celebration. Dying eggs Saturday and celebrating Sunday. Hope everyone had a great Easter! We thought of you all and wished we could have seen everyone. We had a lot of fun hunting eggs, (even Sophie found a few), hunting rocks which the Easter frog left, and relaxing at Kathy's with her and Dale and the whole crew. Happy Easter!

Easter Party at School

Wednesday was Alex's Easter party at school, and his last day until the following Wednesday (March 26) for Easter break. Mostly they get treats and run around like crazy for 20 mintues. Happy Easter everyone!

Yesterday, one more time

Max went to the Easter Party at our church yesterday afternoon. Alex stayed home since he was too sick for church in the morning. The kids' friend, Clari, came with her mom, Holly, and went to the party with Max and I. Then they came over and played. Love you all!

Yesterday, again

Yesterday

All weekend Alex wasn't feeling well on and off. Sunday morning he had a temp. of over 100 so most of the family stayed home from church. When I got home he seemed to be doing pretty well. This picture is of he and Randy building a car on lego.com. It's a website that lets you (or anyone else) buy your original creations if you want. (We haven't bought anything of Alex's, yet.)

Couch Potatoes

If you ever wonder what we're doing at 5pm, it's not eating. All 3 muchkins are glued to the tube. They watch reruns of Baywatch. No! Just kidding, (they watch Cyberchase, a math cartoon show on PBS). If you think of us on Saturday morning, they look just the same, except they're in their pj's.

Off to the mall

It was one of many grey days and I just had a need to get out of the house. Unfortunately, Max had a fever yesterday and Sophia's nose can't stop running so getting together with a friend wasn't an option so we packed up and headed to the mall. We rode the car on the carosel. We looked at the cranes out the top floor windows. We even saw the Easter bunny. (But noone was brave enough to sit on his lap. ) It was a nice little morning out.
