Easter

There aren't a lot of pictures of the kids dying eggs - it was a little chaotic. And while we tried to make it fun, I think it was but I'm not sure. It was a little stressful, everyone wanted to put their fingers into everything and check their eggs about every 2 seconds. Spills happened, they just had us out numbered. But we got them all dyed and the Bunny hid them all the same.

Sophia, very lady like as she eats her ring pop from the Easter bunny.

Checking out their baskets/ showing what's in them.

Here's Timmy in his carseat, complete with his my first Easter bib, and Easter basket and book he got from the bunny. I decided I would need to eat all the candy in Timmy's basket so he eventually gets it when I feed him. :)

Here's the whole crew Easter morning, after church and Easter egg hunting, ready to go over to Aunt Kathy and Uncle Dale's for the day! Happy Easter everyone!

Getting Caught Up

This is Henry licking the floor. As Randy was leaving for cubscouts Monday and I was cleaning the milk Henry spilled on the highchair, Randy asked "Is Henry licking milk off the floor?" I looked down and sure enough, yes he was. We both looked at each other and just laughed.

Alex's birthday was March 31, he turned 10 this year!! He had a sleep over about a week later. 5 boys came over, and 3 spent the night. It was crazy to say the least. There was running, fart noises (made with their hands and mouths)and flying nerf darts everywhere!! It was a lot of fun for everyone, especially Alex. This year he had cupcakes that looked like little pies instead of a big cake.
We let Alex open his gifts on his birthday in the morning before school. He got the game Creationary (a lego game) and a shooting game for the Wii from us and the kids. Here's Alex getting his birhtday spankings. Finally, the boys had their pinewood derby in March. They seemed to have a good time. Max came in 6th and Alex came in 8th. They both seemed pleased to have placed. Henry really got into it, watching intently (part of the time) and clapping, Sophia had much more fun coloring with some other little sisters her age that were there.

I hear what I thought was Timmy crying when I looked over, Sophia had the spaghetti scoop, dragging it on the floor which for some reason was hilarious to Timmy. He had been laughing this great belly laugh, by the time I got the camera he wasn't laughing as much, but enough to share it.
