2 - 1sts (Two Firsts)

Yesterday was Timmy's 1st Valentine's Day. There he is all decked out in his Valentine's Day outfit his godmother/Aunt Kathy gave him. It was also a crazy day here. Henry went to the doctor in the moring, his eye got really swollen, almost swollen shut in the morning. The Doctorn was uncertain what was going on, she thought maybe a bug bite. It is almost back to normal today. And then yesterday afternoon, after a temperature of 104.8 and complaining his eyes were burning, I took Max to the doctor and found out he has the flu! Bummer. He was doing much better this moring then he was pretty wiped this afternoon and evening. So far everyone else is healthy.

Today Timmy is 5 months old. And he got to celebrate with his first slurps of cereal. I don't know if he liked it or not, I couldn't tell. But he ate a lot of it.

And yes Alex and Max are still here, I just haven't gotten a picture of them lately. I'll have to fix that and post sometime in the near future. Take care!

Music

Does she remind anyone else of Elanie on Seinfield ? Later in the day she told me she was doing hip hop dancing (in this video), like one of the mice in Angelina Ballerina.

This is not an uncommon occurrence at our house. In fact, I'm pretty sure not a day goes by that Henry doesn't play his guitar for at least a little while.

Mostly this Tuesday

Sophia's latest hair style. She was hoping she could sleep with it on, "Mom, I want to wear it forever" she whinned when I told her "No".

We celebrated Cletus Tuesday night, it would have been his 80th birthday. He had said if he made it to 80 he would eat as many ribs and apple pie as he wanted. So we ate ribs and apple pie for him. We also had waffels, because we remember him enjoying them, and the kids were sure they wouldn't like ribs. Well, surprise they did! All 4 of them, by the end of the meal were all begging to have ribs again soon. We also popped popcorn for dessert, again in Cletus' honor. We were all very full!

No, Henry didn't eat all those ribs himself. We actually picked the meat off of one for him and then let him clean off a few of the bones.

Timmy's "talking" more and more, so I thought we'd share a little of it with you.
