Vacation, part 2

Many days were just lazy, relaxing days. We are fortunate and Aunt Donna as always was willing to cut hair for us. Here Henry's having his turn.

Who really knows what Tim is doing here, :) but you can see he got his hair cut too!

After Luke had his haircut, he thought it would be fun to use Aunt Donna's spray bottle.  Here he is spraying Chris  . . .

and the sliding glass door. .

and Max as he gets his hair cut.

A couple nights we had bonfires. Randy and Chris are getting things started while Oliver looks on, Julia runs by and Sophia and Maddie hang out in the background.

Alex and Madison get kindle ready.

Margaret doing her crossword and visiting with Coco, Eric, Sara, and Kelli, as we all waited for the dark so we could really enjoy the fire.

We also picniced and visited a few waterfalls at near by state park. Here's a big chunck of the crew munching away.

This is the rock most of the kids ate at including, Tim, Parker, Julia and Luke.

Everyone came to look at the waterfalls.

Right under the bridge is the first waterfall we saw.

This is a good look at the 2nd waterfall.

And then we tried another petting zoo. A group of ducks greeted us as we made our way inside. Uncle Bob patiently checked out the ducks with Luke.

Before both petting zoos, Luke kept talking about cows. Although plastic, he finally got to "pet" a cow with Dad's help.

Grandma watches as Henry "milks" the plastic cow.

Even Sophia takes a turn.

Maxwell had a good time petting the world's softest bunnies.

Aunt Coco gives Tim some pointers on feeding the donkey as Kelli pets it.

Even Alex took a turn feeding a goat.

Once we were done with the inside animals there was a small outside part of the zoo. There were some goldfish and area for the ducks. Lukey was the one who found some duck poop, stepped in it, then thought he'd wipe it off his shoe onto his face! Ugh! It was disgusting!!

Late in the week the boys went on a tour of a cave with some of our family. They had a terrific time and were so happy to have gone. Here's a few cave pictures . . .

After more swimming, more playing, and more relaxing it was time to leave by way of Ohio so we could watch Jack be baptizd.
